Benjor chose the most expensive doctor in town in the "Brazilian Dubai" but he was too conservative. He ended up with minimal results and his nose tip turned out more pointy and girly when he asked the Doctor to have it straighter and more manly. He had to redo the procedure somewhere else to fix it.

What he would've done instead: Fillers will do a more predictable job for cheaper with easier recovery, but if you do need a lot of reshaping and resizing, choose a doctor based on their before and after photos, not their personality or price. Some places, like Brazil, have laws where sharing before and after photos is not legal. In that case, find patients to talk to. Benjor would rather have done this procedure with a good doctor in Turkey as they have a lot of before and after photos to show and are less conservative (AKA ok changing your nose a lot).
